Real Estate Investments Companies
Starting a real estate investment company and personal money?
I was thinking of starting a real estate investment company and Flipping Houses want to do as a company, but without my savings directly to the company and buy the houses with my personal savings, it is legal? I know that the question probably makes no sense, but if someone could help me a bit before going to the small business center type, so it sounds like an idiot. Thanks
You have a few Options. 1st To make a club – sharing the risk with one or more persons. 2nd Make an LLC (Limited Liability Company) – Similar to a partnership, but the liability, hence the name. its basically a hybrid between a partnership and a corporation. 3rd To a corporation – There are several Species, all with specific requirements and benefits. with a company, raise capital through sales of stocks. its investors are just that, investors, and have no control over the company. to invest mainly the control of the company with other peoples money.
